螺栓断头取出方法取决于断头位置：
- 断头露出表面≥3mm：用管钳/大力钳夹持逆时针旋出，或焊接螺母后用扳手旋出。操作前先喷渗透松动剂等待10-15分钟。
- 断头低于表面：先用中心钻打定位孔，再用比螺栓小径小1-2mm的钻头钻孔，然后旋入反牙断头取出器。
- 高硬度断头（10.9级以上）：普通钻头无法加工，需用含钴钻头或硬质合金钻头，或采用电火花加工（EDM）。
注意事项：拆卸前充分渗透松动剂，必要时用喷灯加热至200-300°C利用热膨胀差异松动锈蚀，但需注意不要损伤密封件。避免暴力操作导致断头进一步碎裂。
